      We offer a variety of classes and short courses in a safe, friendly and supportive environment to help Asian Women build their mental and emotional wellbeing, resilience, recovery and independence.
Asian Women's Wellbeing

Drop-in Support

Thursdays from 10:00am to 12:00 noon in Woking and Camberley.

ESOL Classes

Wednesdays at 1:30pm in Camberley.

Thursdays at 10:00am and Fridays from 10:30am in Woking.

Monday – Zoom Chair Yoga 10:00 to 11:00am

Tuesday – Zoom Yoga 1:00 to 2:00pm

Thursday – Face to Face Yoga Group A from 10:00 to 11:00 & Group B from 11:00am to 12:00 noon in Camberley

We offer a number of short courses throughout the year including Driving Theory, Life in the UK, Social Media Skills, Art Therapy and Health & Wellbeing Seminars and many more.
