Our Zoom chair yoga and face to face yoga classes are aimed at supporting the physical and mental well being of our clients.
Chair yoga is particularly suitable for our less mobile clients.
The benefits of seated yoga are the same as conventional yoga.
It is a soft and gentle way to remain active.
The classes are open to women in Surrey.
